LIFETIME WARRANTY

BIERKEN Funeral Supplies guarantees our products to be free of manufacturer defects and to last a lifetime, if used and cared for properly.  Should our urn not meet BIERKEN's standard of quality at the time it is received, or if  it wears out from regular use under normal conditions, we will replace the product. Damage resulting from improper handling or care, post-purchase modifications, alterations, negligence, and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by the BIERKEN Funeral Supplies Warranty.

Acceptable Criteria Covered Under the Warranty:

  • Surface imperfections, such as chipped paint, scratches, stains or divots found at the time of purchase before use
  • Worn out or peeling surface from regular use
  • Velvet bottom peels off and/or significantly shows wear from regular use
  • Improper function of lid from regular use i.e. screwing lid on no longer tightly secures

Unacceptable Criteria Not Covered Under the Warranty:

  • Stains and discoloration from improper handling and/or storing. It is best to store in provided velvet bag and box. 
  • Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids
  • Improper cleaning i.e. harsh chemicals
  • Damage from use other than storing remains (human or pet)
  • Damage from outside elements or factors
  • BIERKEN FUNERAL SUPPLIES products purchased by third party sellers. When purchased on Amazon.com, be sure to buy from "BIERKEN" , or "BIERKEN -FUNERAL SUPPLIES-". 
  • Any damage to the Velvet Bag and Box (these are considered "packaging", however, if these are defected at the time of purchase, we will provide a full refund for that item)

 

If you would like to request a replacement urn, please email info@bierkenfuneralsupplies.com and provide a clear photo showing the wear. BIERKEN will review the submission, determine if the product(s) fall under our Lifetime Warranty criteria, and provide further instruction. You will receive a response to your inquiry within two business days.
